p>Essential Functions: • Support payroll responsibilities for 150-350 teammates across multiple units, departments, and campuses under Nurse Manager supervision • Maintain working knowledge of system policies, procedures, labor management guidelines, and healthcare regulations • Ensure accurate time code allocation; monitor and reconcile time and labor edits, trends, and discrepancies • Monitor appropriate use of incremental and general overtime by teammate, department, and unit • Manage daily scheduling changes and staffing adjustments • Track and maintain monthly healthcare license verification and required documentation • Maintain and update ShiftSelect credentials • Track teammate PTO to ensure requests meet eligibility requirements for approval • Manage MLOA/FMLA reporting and monthly reconciliations • Monitor premium pay programs and support compliance with related guidelines • Participate in candidate interviews as requested • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while supporting operational priorities • Provide general administrative and operational support to assigned Nurse Managers • Support cross-functional areas and additional operational projects aligned with organizational goals • Maintain awareness of healthcare trends and regulatory requirements impacting workforce operations.
