Responsibilities • Foster sales growth through collaboration with independent wholesale independent distributors and retailers • Cultivate strong business relationships with distributors and retailers • Act as a liaison between McKee Foods, wholesale independent distributors, and retailers • Motivate existing wholesalers to expand sales • Recruit and appoint competent candidates to distributorships • Provide orientation for new distributors and communicate best business practices • Manage and develop a company sales territory as necessary • Ensure daily operation and maintenance of a company vehicle • Adhere to established business conduct practices • Maintain regular communication with supervision • Complete reports and assignments in a timely manner • Temporary and occasional operation of an open location • Serve as a professional representative of McKee Foods in the marketplace.
