Carries out project support functions as needed, provides research and analytical data and information to Project Manager, administers team logistics, including but not limited to: team meetings, conference calls, meeting minutes, action items, and basic follow up items. Serves as an advocate for Field Operations personnel and effectively communicates employee feedback to the appropriate department and establishes partnerships with field management and personnel to ensure Operations initiatives are aligning with the company’s overall goals.
