You must have a PhD with more than four (4+) years of related experience OR Master's degree (MS/MA/MBA) with more than six (6+) years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) with 8+ years of related experience OR 14+ years of directly related experience in manufacturing, operations, Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence environments.
