The shift leader's responsibilities include showing up first before the shift (leading by example), getting trained on all tasks ( from making sandwiches, restocking, cleaning, and leading the shift to the end with a good team enviroment, dealing with no-shows, delegating tasks, handling cash up, and reporting any issues to the manager. We are looking for a motivated shift leader to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service.
