Plans, identifies, communicates, and delegates responsibilities to the dispensary /retail team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the dispensary / store; Supports the implementation of company sales programs by motivating and supporting the retail leadership team to execute objectives; Oversees the store leadership team including Lead GSAs on fostering an environment that will deliver an unmatched cannabis dispensary retail customer experience foster and deliver a unique, high-quality customer experience; Reviews store environments and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement; Building work schedules for full staff coverage on all shifts. Solicits feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the community; The Assistant General Manager is ultimately responsible for overall building appearance, cleanliness, comfort, functionality, safety, security, and customer experience; Directly responsible for inventory variances, cash variances and, working directly with security/compliance on loss prevention.
