know and/or perform duties of the Floor Runner, Bartender, Bookkeeper, and Assistant Manager, grow location revenue by having an effectively managed location, including hiring and training the best employee's available, delivering exceptional service, maintaining proper staffing, keeping property clean and safe, evaluating competition, knowing your player base, and being aware of your community's economy. set the proper example for co-workers in terms of professionalism, attitude, and teamwork in the areas of customer service and casino operations, responsible for overall maintenance and cleanliness of lounge, and hiring of employees, discipline, when necessary, succession planning for promoting employees and controlling unnecessary turnover.
