Manage all aspects of day-to-day servicing for existing personal lines accounts (homeowners, auto, renters, umbrella, etc.), including timely processing of policy changes, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and documentation. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing clear, informed guidance regarding personal lines insurance matters such as billing questions, claims support, policy coverage explanations, and endorsement requests.
