Life Care Center of Pueblo offers an outdoor therapy courtyard to prepare residents with outdoor obstacles prior to discharging home, individualized home assessments, private treatment rooms for therapists to use during treatments, and various outdoor areas for the residents to enjoy our beautiful grounds. Active license in physical (BSPT, MSPT, DPT, or PTA), occupational (BSOT, MSOT, COTA), or speech (MA, MS, CCC SLP, or CFY SLP) therapy and meet the educational requirements as defined in the job description for that license type.
