Experience/Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related with one to two years of field experience; or four to six years related supervisory or management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. It includes, but is not limited to, recruitment, job application process, examination and testing, hiring, training including apprenticeship and on-the-job training, disciplinary actions, rate of pay or other compensation, advancement, classification, transfer, reassignment and promotions.
