Required Qualifications & Skills: Applicant must meet one of the following: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, architecture, or a related field and two (2) or more years of experience in project management, design, construction supervision, permitting, marketing, communications, and/or change management. Interpersonal: ability to develop and maintain interpersonal relationships, ability to work with elected officials, the public, peers and senior management, effectively communicate orally and/or in writing using tact and diplomacy.
