The surgical program includes 11 main operating rooms, 2 CVOR suites, 3 endoscopy suites, 3 da Vinci robotic systems, and 2 Mako robotic systems, supporting approximately 600700 cases per month across a broad spectrum of specialties including general, GYN, neuro, spine, cardiovascular, bariatric, orthopedics, surgical oncology, urology, and ENT. On the financial side, the role owns the department budget cycle including revenue and expense forecasting, staffing models, productivity management, and supply and equipment cost reduction while maintaining alignment between labor utilization and patient care requirements.
