The work in this class involves assisting in organizing recreation activities and performing in a supervisory role of limited responsibility in a recreation center, or in supervising and instructing toddler, youth, teen, adults, and senior citizens in games, sports, arts and crafts and other organized recreation activities. Ability to demonstrate an understanding, consideration, in respect of cultural, religious, and gender differences when interacting with the public and colleaguesWork requires proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, internet and email use, and scheduling programs/software.
