Oversee daily plant operations, including drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, truck loading and unloading, wastewater treatment, fuel blending, shredding operations, inventory management, and waste tracking. Working closely with the General Manager, the Facility Operations Manager I provides leadership to plant supervisors and operations personnel while driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, employee development, and continuous improvement.
