Drafting and reviewing reservation of rights, coverage position, excess position, and declination letters, and clearly communicating coverage positions to insureds, brokers, underwriters, defense counsel, and senior management. This role requires strong technical expertise in primary cyber liability, Technology E&O, coverage analysis, and litigation management, together with the judgment to develop and execute effective claim strategies with limited supervision.
