Management duties: Main point of contact for shift employees, employee training for new hires and current hires, assist with scheduling, paper orders, fill in for call outs as needed, ensure the overall cleanliness of the store is maintained, and truck orders. Position Summary: The assistant manager/ catering is responsible for ensuring that the shift is running smoothly and that guests experience is beyond exceptional while also executing, overseeing, and coordinating all aspects of catering events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet expectations of clients.
