US Citizen and MUST HAVE Active Secret Clearance and able to obtain Top Secret and SAP access Over 12 years of experience managing or developing proposals within industry; More than five (5) years serving in a lead or supervisory proposal role; At least five (5) years supporting a weapons system or platform‑focused program office; Extensive knowledge of weighted guidelines, IGCE development, PNMs, DCAA/DCMA coordination, and managing concurrent proposal activities; and Advanced proficiency with ProPricer, complex Excel modeling, and quantitative cost‑analysis techniques.
