The Site Planner will work at the intersection of master planning, site development, civil engineering, architecture, transportation, utilities, and construction, partnering closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and leadership to deliver a high-performance industrial campus. Conduct site planning studies for new buildings, expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and campus improvements, delivering concepts, phasing plans, and development scenarios to support executive decision-making.
