Your responsibilities will include:Supporting BCBAs with case oversight and implementation of treatment plansConducting parent consultation sessionsTraining and supervising RBTs in the fieldSupporting accurate data collection, session documentation, and graphingCollaborating with staff, parents, and other professionals to promote coordinated careImplementing creative, research-based teaching strategiesEncouraging and motivating staff to engage with and expand their knowledge of behavior analysisContributing to a positive, collaborative, and supportive team environmentThis role provides an opportunity to build hands-on experience in ABA while developing the clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills that can support your long-term career growth.
