Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions: • Management / Sales: Spends the majority of time using independent judgment to make employment-related decisions, or effectively recommending such decisions to hire, promote, transfer, discipline, suspend, discharge, or reward, or otherwise engaging in resolving partner-related matters Collaborates with all departments and all levels of Partners, management, and Store Leadership Serves as the subject matter expert on total-Store Shelf Edge processes Leads / assists department Partners with their duties; coaches, trains, and evaluates as needed Holds Partners accountable for following SOPs Monitors / manages department budget and payroll Maintains inventory and organization of Shelf Edge supplies and tools, including toner, tags, coupon paper, etc. You'll be responsible for general Shelf Edge department general functions, while the scope and complexity of work may increase depending on your level of classification.
