Contribute to the efficiency and professional environment of the unit/service line through support of objectives and strategic initiatives, participation in unit/Nursing Services activities, meetings, continued education programs and quality improvements initiatives. You'll oversee a collaborative team of RNs, LPNs, Surgical Technologists, and PCAs in a fast-paced environment that balances scheduled and emergent cases while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety, quality outcomes, and operational efficiency.
