In this highly visible role, you’ll be the clinical bridge between MUSC Health and the communities we serve —building trusted partnerships with senior living communities, active adult (55+) neighborhoods, employers, community organizations, healthcare providers, and civic leaders. You’ll use your clinical expertise to identify community health needs, remove barriers to care, connect individuals and organizations with the right MUSC Health resources, and champion initiatives that promote healthy aging, wellness, prevention, healthcare access, and population health.
