Success in this role requires the ability to navigate complex construction challenges, including design revisions, field conflicts, logistical constraints, and schedule pressures. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners across structural renovations, interior construction, MEP installations, finishes, and hospitality-specific scopes.
