Solely manages service contracts, coordinates the work, performs site walk throughs and issues separate task orders for pest control, varmint control, tree and arborist services, dumpsters, landscaping services, snow and ice removal, and special purchases. Independently with minimal supervision reviews engineered solicitations, develops bid acceptance criteria, issues requests for proposals, coordinates technical reviews, develops associated proposals to the Government, responds to Government Questions and responses, awards work and performs contract follow-thru with vendors.
