The Workflow Specialist will provide day-to-day technical support to Firm lawyers and staff who submit conflict search and matter opening requests, Risk Management lawyers and staff, and staff in other administrative departments, including responding to and diagnosing issues through discussion with users, troubleshooting, fault rectification and problem escalation.
