A Bachelor's degree in any field and one year of human services related experience, such as work providing assistance to individuals and groups with issues such as economic disadvantages, employment, abuse and neglect, substance abuse, aging, disabilities, prevention, health, cultural competencies, or housing; or. Your typical day will be filled with excitement as you coordinate with individuals, families, and providers to fulfill essential ODDS tasks, including participating a Needs Assessment (ONA), and the development and monitoring of Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
