Other responsibilities include serving as risk manager on medium to high complexity capital delivery projects and specifically, facilitating risk workshops with the project team (Engineering, Construction Management, Procurement, Stakeholder Engagement, Contracts, Project Management (PM), etc.) to identify project delivery risks, probabilities of risk occurrence, cost and schedule impacts of individual risks, and appropriate mitigation measures over the project lifecycle. Additionally, the individual will support project Change Management processes by assisting with the evaluation, documentation, tracking, and reporting of project changes, including coordination of Change Control Board (CCB) activities, assessment of change-related risks and impacts, and ensuring approved changes are appropriately reflected in project risk registers, cost forecasts, schedules, and project controls reporting.
