What You’ll Bring Five to seven years of relevant experience in retail technology, retail store operations, store systems, technology program management, infrastructure, hardware, networks, desktop support, information security, cybersecurity, change management, or a related field. Serving as a store operations subject matter expert, you’ll collaborate with Retail, Technology, Digital, Information Security, Legal, Compliance, Infrastructure, and other cross-functional teams to ensure technology initiatives are operationally sound and easy for stores to adopt and sustain.
