The scope includes construction of critical electrical infrastructure supporting the project, including underground electrical duct banks, grounding and bonding systems, medium-voltage infrastructure, power cabling, electrical equipment installation, testing, and commissioning. Direct the efforts of the full engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction management, and commissioning team in creating the execution plans, organization, and contracts needed to deliver the project within the stated cost and schedule.
