You'll design data collection plans, facilitate workshops, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis using root cause analysis, SIPOC charts, fishbone diagrams, failure mode effect analyses, trend analysis, and future state models to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders. Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, program managers, government customers, and senior leadership regarding operational status, risks, priorities, and resource requirements.
