Offer leadership, supervision, expertise and risk assessment in the areas of training for residential, day supports, crisis/clinical and family respite to program management and direct service staff that provide a broad array of services to clients with Developmental Disabilities. Communicate, organize and facilitate with a wide variety of people including: clients, families, support teams, community partners and potential/existing employers.
