What were looking for: 5+ years of experience as a lead Construction Superintendent Experience with life sciences, pharmaceutical, laboratory, medical, or other high-tech construction Strong understanding of MEP systems, HVAC filtration, process piping, gas lines, and cleanroom environments Ability to read and understand complex construction drawings and specifications Experience coordinating multiple specialized trades on active jobsites Strong communication, organization, and field leadership skills OSHA 30 required First Aid/CPR and cGMP training preferred Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project Degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred-but equivalent field experience is absolutely valued.
