Prepares and displays all food concessions and/or catering equipment, such as chafing dishes, décor, serving dishes, menus, and utensils, for all events including but not limited to “Taco Salad,” “Country Store,” “Coffee & Donuts,” “Drive-In Movie,” and “Bingo.”. Attends event-planning meetings and works with the Activities Director and Executive Chef to determine what to order, menu, theme, venue set-up, food lines and servers.
