Reporting to Endless’s Managing Director, the Head of Philanthropy will partner closely with the Principal, Endless leadership, and Dalio Philanthropies to set strategy, oversee grantmaking, develop partnerships, and lead a high-performing team focused on meaningful, measurable impact. Game creation is a uniquely engaging and scalable pathway to teach design, storytelling, collaboration, coding, AI fluency, and problem-solving skills that prepare youth not just to play in the digital economy, but to create it.
