Required Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline 10+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Management Control, Business Planning, or related fields within a manufacturing environment Extensive experience in business planning, budgeting, forecasting, profitability management, and financial performance analysis Experience managing financial performance across multiple entities or geographic regions Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, investment analysis, and profitability improvement initiatives Preferred Education & Experience Experience in the automotive or automotive supplier industry within North America SAP FI/CO and ERP-based management reporting experience Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: None Working Conditions: Office-based work environment with routine walking between facilities; occasional travel may be required.
