Five or more years in each of the following, at a CIO or deputy-CIO level of accountability: IT leadership and accountability, IT strategic planning, IT workforce planning, IT budgeting (annual and multi-year planning, programming and budgeting), IT investment management, and information security and privacy program leadership. This is a CIO-caliber role: you've carried accountability for IT strategy, workforce, budget, investment management and information security, and you'll run compliance frameworks, risk assessments, audits, crisis response and vendor security for the customer.
