In addition to maintaining and fostering relationships with key players in the market, incumbent is responsible for providing and maintaining up to date data on current and prospective land deals, related market and sub-market data, proformas, deal status, and for maintaining budgets and the staff necessary to accomplish the responsibilities of the function. Additionally, the Director of Land Acquisition will collaborate with the Division leadership to ensure all underwriting assumptions for land acquisition including, but not limited to: phases of zoning approval, municipal approvals, entitlements, permitting, platting, design and construction necessary for the land and lots to be used for residential construction are reasonable.
