The Program Manager will play a key role in ensuring high-quality program delivery, supporting staff development, expanding program opportunities, and building strong relationships with internal and external partners. Oversee the delivery of high-quality regional workforce programs, including applicant recruitment and screening, technical instruction, student support, volunteer coordination, employer engagement, and job placement assistance for graduates.
