Responsible for developing, negotiating, and executing local sourcing agreements for all labor categories of spend while supporting the Division President to ensure cost efficiencies are maximized. Also requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry items that are less than 50 pounds.
