Master's degree from an accredited institution; minimum of three (3) years of successful experience in higher education student services; and demonstrated intermediate to advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including experience creating reports, managing student records, and utilizing automation and workflows preferred. Admissions, Progression, and Records Management: Direct all admissions operations for SON undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and non-degree programs, including application collection, transcript processing, file preparation and review, admissions decisions, and enrollment steps for admitted students.
