Coach and develop direct reports to safely operate, set up, and troubleshoot laser-cutting systems, CNC equipment, press brakes, welding equipment, tooling, and fixtures, and to accurately interpret drawings, specifications, and tolerances for fabricated metal assemblies. This role is accountable for achieving production, quality, delivery, safety, and cost objectives; optimizing people, equipment, and workflow; and ensuring facilities support the needs of employees, visitors, and business operations.
