Develop a clear, detailed project scope through stakeholder engagement, create a realistic timeline and execution plan, manage progress and task completion by fellow team members while keeping stakeholders informed, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction upon completion. Monitor the age, obsolescence, and operating condition of all control systems (i.e., PLC, HMI, motor controls, heat controls, etc.) and create / manage capital projects to upgrade or replace these systems when required.
