Reporting to the Production Manager, this person will be responsible for supervising and leading the machine operating staff with an emphasis on teamwork, continuous improvement, and have full ownership for the shift safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance. Instill and maintain a positive "can-do" team atmosphere within the value stream by holding regular team meetings, assigning tasks to team members, empowering team member decision-making, and coordinating support services.
