The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precision machining, ideally as a Toolmaker, Journeyman Machinist, Precision Machinist, or Manufacturing Leader , and will be comfortable interpreting complex engineering drawings, estimating machining hours, evaluating supplier quotes, and determining the most efficient manufacturing approach.
