Working with up to 3,000-pound metal coils, the CMR Manufacturing Specialist completes roofing orders from start to finish: from unloading the container to rolling the metal on our portable roll former, to strapping the order, to changing the dies on the machine, to helping keep accurate inventory records. Founded in Hilo in 1921 as Hawaiʻi Planing Mill, HPM is a 100% employee-owned company with 20 locations across Hawaiʻi Island, Oʻahu, Maui, Lānaʻi, and Kauaʻi, plus facilities in Washington State.
