Assist with recruitment activities for hourly positions, including posting job openings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, coordinating hiring manager communications, conducting reference checks as needed, facilitating pre-employment processes, and supporting onboarding activities to ensure timely staffing of open positions. • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, talk or hear to communicate, as well as maneuver around an array of equipment, bend, stoop and climb stairs.
