As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for: Maintaining and repairing equipment used in the production of poly pipe Providing support for the installation, upgrade, maintenance and inspection of control systems with projects to deliver enhancements to systems to improve performance and reliability Undertaking emergency troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment to determine fault and provide resolution Preparing reports on machine faults and errors to identify and create maintenance schedule Working individually and collaboratively to reduce machine outages and stoppages Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you should: Have a High School diploma or equivalent level of education Have 3+ years of experience in an electrical / electronic repair industrial environment Have strong mechanical abilities Experience with PLC, HMI, VFD, Controls Electronics or CNC controls Demonstrate strong experience with automations in an industrial or manufacturing environment Have the ability to disassemble equipment, diagnose problems and reassemble in a safe and proficient manner Show experience with predictive maintenance management concepts and the ability to use advanced devices to perform diagnosis Be able to translate complex technical information in an easy to understand manner to assist with decision making Maintenance Technician III Midland, TX 12 Months Pay: $39.80 per hour The education required is high school diploma or equivalent 3 years min experience in maintenance role or service tech role which includes mechanical and electronic repairs.
