The ideal candidate will bring strong hands on manufacturing leadership experience along with a background in tooling, maintenance coordination, and injection molding operations.
This role drives operational excellence by improving delivery and cost performance, while supporting new product introductions and scaling production capabilities. Implement small-scale process improvements, train operators on SOPs, and manage hardware disposition by evaluating defective or non-conforming hardware for repair, rework, or replacement. Develop cost models to identify high-cost operations, compare alternatives, inventory analysis, and recommend process improvements to reduce waste, and optimize asset utilization.
