Ability to perform routine repairs safely and efficiently, including rebuilding product and water pumps, boiler maintenance, HVAC systems, VFDs, sanitary valves, and repairing piping leaks. Graduation from a trade or technical school preferred, with focus areas including electrical systems, programmable controls (PLC/HMI), mechanical maintenance, welding/fabrication, refrigeration, plumbing, or related disciplines.
