Manufacturing Leads are responsible for leading the manufacturing, assembly and/or packaging of medical device products in multiple processes, including planning the schedule, creating work orders, leading team meetings, performing enterprise resource planning (ERP) system transactions, training/mentoring/coaching Manufacturing Technicians, and other activities as needed. • Be proficient in the primary job function and cross-trained in at least two other areas (Raw, Solutions, Trough, Cut & Sort, Aseptic, LHS, Surgical Tools, Pre-Sterile), or certified in Aseptic Process, Upper/Lower Solutions, or Flow Coupler Probe Insertion.
